An important part of how we work is that you always retain ownership and full access to your website. Your website, its content, its data and its associated accounts remain yours.
We don’t lock you into proprietary systems or restrict your access. We simply take care of the technical infrastructure and ongoing management, allowing you to retain full control while having someone experienced looking after the technical side.
Account Setup
We’ll provide a customised website management plan. Your subscription and billing are setup, we’ll website access and information are collected.
Website Migration & Hosting Configuration
We’ll arrange the migration of your website to our hosting environment. This is a seamless, staged process with no website downtime.
Security & Monitoring
This includes configuring multiple layers of protection, vulnerability detection, malware scanning and monitoring to help protect your website against threats and identify potential issues.
Active Website Management
We manage WordPress core, theme and plugin updates, maintain your security systems and look after the hosting infrastructure. Your website receives ongoing attention to help keep it secure, stable and running smoothly.
