Adding Text Links in the Block Editor

To add a text link, follow these steps.

1. Select link text > click Link icon from Toolbar.
2. Search for the target page by Page Title or paste the link URL directly into the link field highlighted below.
3. Click return / apply arrow highlighted below.

The link will be added.

Note: For external links (to another website) you can check Open in new tab. This will open the target link in a new browser tab and leave the current website open in the visitors browser.

To remove a link, follow these steps.

1. Select the link text and click the link icon as highlighted below.

The link will be removed.
